ISSTE City will be a +80,000 m2 facility that will hold the administrative, cultural and operations headquarters. It will reunite 6,000 employees who are spread in 6 venues throughout the city.

It is designed to comply with the highest ecological and energy efficient standards and certifications. It is estimated that will save over 50% energy and 60% water resources, with a heat imprint of less than 20% of the total surface.
